ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจกับ Aston โดยส่วนตัวแล้ว Aston ไม่เคยทำให้ครอบครัวหรือการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจของฉันล้มเหลวไม่ว่าจะอยู่ที่ใดในอินโดนีเซีย มองโลกในแง่ดีผ่านโรคระบาดนี้

ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้ ห้องพักน่าอยู่ บรรยากาศดี ลูกชายของฉันชอบตุ๊กตาหมีที่ล็อบบี้ แค่ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ค่อนข้างไกลจากศูนย์ขนม😊 โดยรวมแล้วฉันชอบมันและจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกเมื่อมาที่บาตัม

It Was perfect and comfortable room.
All staff Was nice and friendly.
The breakfast Was awesome.
The last thing is i need to many thank for the
Organizer to ready what i request.
It Was so happy at me and my wife.
For me was very enjoy here and few day batam trip.
High recommendation the ASTON Group at BATAM.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. However there was slight stinky smell coming from the aircon. The hotel provides towels but no bathrobes. The bathroom and the room was squeaky clean. We will consider staying in the same hotel again if we come back to Batam

The hotel is clean , comes with a sizable room with balcony, a lot of variety for breakfast. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Is a good place to come with family . They have yummy desserts .

Some bad odour coming from one of the bed's bedsheets and blanket, as well as the resting sofa. Dirty residue on the TV remote, saliva smell on the room telephone and poor soundproof system... Overall, the housekeeping service requires more improvements. But on the good side, hotel facilities were well-maintained, the breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of options and food was served in good quality.

I stayed in the Aston’s 1BR apartment from 29th Mar - 1st Apr. 2nd floor.
Apartment is very clean and spacious. If you’re on the lower floor, you might facing the outside. There are dogs barking throughout the day, early morning/late night.
There is also the call to prayer that can be heard very clearly from your room in the lower floors.
My aircon was not working on check-in, took 2 calls & a trip down to front office to send someone. The person who did come was fast & efficient. Resolved the issue.
Breakfast is quite a large spread, international & local food.
Overall, quite a pleasant stay.

Room is very clean and spacious. Service is great too. Realised the kettle is not working well, requested for it to be changed and it was quick response. Had the complimentary shuttle service at 11am and 5pm to Nagoya Hill Shopping centre and Grand Batam Mall. There is only indomart nearby. You have to take grab out but that’s not an issue as it’s very cheap. But sad to say that the lounge and rooftop bar are very quiet. No one at all. Other than that, experience there was awesome!
